Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Molafit app (the "App") provided by TURUNCU KATMAN YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (the "Company"). By using the App you accept these terms. On iPhone, Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; these terms apply in addition to it.

1. Health notice

The App is for general health and movement purposes; it is not a medical device, is not intended to diagnose or treat, and does not replace medical advice. If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, recent surgery, pregnancy, or joint or bone problems, talk to your doctor before you start. Stop immediately if you feel chest pain, dizziness, severe shortness of breath or sharp pain during an exercise. You do the exercises at your own responsibility and within your own limits.

2. Premium subscription and purchases

  • Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Current prices are shown in the App.
  • Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • For a plan with a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
  • On a new device you can get your purchases back with "Restore purchases" in the App.

3. Ads

The free version shows ads. Premium users do not see ads. Content unlocked by watching a rewarded ad (an exercise or a routine) stays available for 2 hours. In the free version two exercises from each category are open; the other exercises are available with Premium or a rewarded ad.

4. Intellectual property

The videos, texts, design and software in the App belong to or are licensed to the Company. They may not be copied or distributed except for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for injuries or damages that may arise from doing the exercises.

6. Changes

The Company may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in the App.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer transactions, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction. For other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Aksaray have jurisdiction.
