Skorlo: Bubble-Sheet and Written Exam Grading

Bubble-sheet grading

• Add your class (one by one or by pasting a roster from Excel or your LMS), enter the exam and answer key, and print the sheets from the app.
• Read sheets with the live camera, a photo or your gallery; reading happens entirely on the phone and the image is never sent anywhere.
• Sheets carry the last 4 digits of the student ID; if two students in a class share them, you match that sheet by hand.

Written exam grading

• Scan papers with the document scanner or import the single PDF from your copier; give the pages per student and match the PDF in order.
• Grade question by question: for each question, every paper in the class comes up in turn. Rubric items, ½ or ¼ point steps, positive or negative marking and anonymous grading (a code instead of the name) are supported. This part works without AI and is free.
• Optionally, AI reads the answers and suggests points against your rubric; each suggestion comes with an evidence quote and you set the score. For uncertain or low suggestions the AI score stays hidden until you enter your own.
• AI reading is not available in some countries; where it is off, the rest of written grading still works.
• Export results as CSV (Excel), as ID + grade lines ready to paste into your LMS, or as a PDF report.

Credits

• Your first sign-in comes with 20 free credits (once per Apple / Google identity or email).
• Your first 5 bubble-sheet exams each month are free; after that, 1 credit per exam. Rescanning the same exam is free.
• Grading written exams by question is free; AI reading uses 1 credit per page read (first grading included). AI re-grading of the same paper uses 1 credit per student. Blank or unreadable pages are free.
• Credits live in your account and never expire; sign in with the same account on another phone to see them. Credits are bought through the App Store or Google Play; if the store refunds a purchase, its remaining credits are removed.

Where is your data?

• Classes, students (name, ID, phone), exams, scores and page images are stored only on your phone; our server holds only your account, credit balance and purchase records.
• Changing phones: Settings → Export backup creates a .skorlo file; open it on the new phone with Restore from backup. The backup contains classes, students, exams and scores, not page images. The file holds student data, so keep it somewhere safe.
• Deleting the app deletes all data on the phone.

Deleting your account

• In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. If you signed in with Apple and delete from an iPhone, Apple asks you to confirm once more and Skorlo's Apple sign-in token is revoked (when deleting an Apple-linked account from Android, you can remove Skorlo under "Sign in with Apple" in your Apple ID settings).
• If you cannot reach the app: email iletisim@turuncukatman.com.tr from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my Skorlo account"; we delete it within 30 days and let you know.
• Deleted: your account (sign-in identity, email), your session records, credit balance and your customer record at our purchase provider (RevenueCat).
• Kept because the law requires it: purchase and credit records and the pre-purchase information acceptance records (for the statutory bookkeeping and consumer-law periods) — unlinked from you when the account is deleted; your name and email are not kept. A one-way salted hash of your sign-in identity is kept so the welcome credits are not given twice.
• Classes and exams on your phone are not on our server; you remove them by deleting the app.
